10 spoonfuls of honey
the juice of two lemons

It´s mixed with the blender and dress the salad

Peal oranges, cut them in slices, and put them on a tray. Put honey
on the top, then put nuts on top, cut up finely, hazelnuts, almonds,
walnuts, etc.

apple salad
Cut the apple in squares or grate them, mix them with raisins, slices of banana, and small bits of walnuts, add honey and serve.
banana milkshake
Cut the bananas into pieces and mix them together with the milk and honey in the blender. Because of it`s high content in vitamins and neutralizing salts, it`s specially suitable for children and people who suffer from anaemia.
Mel Muria sirope
Ingredients
1 litre of water
Two apples cut into pieces
10 dried figs cut in four
30 g of pine leaves
1 bunch of thyme
1 sliced lemon
Preparation
Boil all of the ingredients together for ½ hour and then let it cool. We drain it with a drainer with small holes and we add 400g of honey, stiring until it dissolves. You can eat it with a spoon or drink it watering it down.
cod loin with soft spicy sausage and Mel Muria's garlic mayonnaise
Ingredients
4 unsalted cod loins
150 g of soft spicy sausage “sobrassada”
400 g boiled beans
½ l shellfish soup
Oil
Parsley
Red Pepper
Flour
for the garlic mayonnaise
4 cloves of garlic
1 spoonful of honey
1 egg
Oil
Preparation:
We put the cod on a shelf in the oven, with a little red pepper, 200g of beans, a little bit of olive oil, and we put it in the oven at 200º, 6 or 7 minutes.
For the soft spicy sausage sauce we put 200g of beans, the sobrassada(sausage), a bit of shellfish soup in a saucepan, and we will boil it 6 minutes and we blend it in the blender.
On a plate we will put the cod with beans and garlic mayonnaise (which we would have made with the ingredients) and we will decorate it with the soft spicy sausage (sobrassada) sauce.
Mel Muria ice cream with rosemary and orange Mel Muria cakes
Ingredients for the honey ice cream
1l of milk
800 g of honey
8 egg yolk
200g of whipped cream
for the cakes:
215 g of flour
2 Egg yolk
130 g orange honey
35 g of cacao powder
35 g of sugar
3 spoonfuls of milk
1 glass of sweet licor
60 g of walnuts
1 crushed clove
To make the ice cream:
We will boil the milk and add honey slowly, we will take it of the hob and add the egg yolks, and then we will put it back on the hob, stiring until the cream sets, then we put it in the fridge. When it`s cold we mix it with the wipped cream carefully and we put it in the freezer
To make the cakes:
Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a uniform dough. On a oven shelf on top of grease proof paper and we make balls and we cook it at 175º for 8 to 10 minutes.
Mel Muria's roasted bananas
Ingredients
6 peeled bananas cut down the middle
125 g of butter
10 ml of orange juice
6 spoonfuls of white rum
3 spoonfuls of lemon juice
Orange skin
Double cream
Preparation
Melt half of the butter in something that you can take it to the table with. Wet the bananas in the butter. Then put them in a tray, on the top place the orange skin grated and the rest of the butter in little balls, add the orange and lemon juice, cinommen and the honey, and bake it in the oven for 15 minutes at 190º. Burn the bananas with rum until it lights up. Once its burnt serve with the cream.
Mel Muria's caramel with strawberry curded cheese and bananas
Ingredients
150 g of curded cheese
120 g of strawberrys
2 bananas
50 g of honey
For the honey caramel
150 g of sugar
100 g of honey
100 ml of water
a few drops of lemon juice
Preparation
We put the sugar, honey and water with a few drops of lemon juice in a saucepan on low heat, without stiring, until it turns into caramel. We take it off the hob untill the foam goes down, and we spead it inbetween two grease proof papers, and we let it cool, then take away the paper.
To serve we alternate layers of curded cheese and bits of caramelwith sheets of bananas and strawberrys. Then we decorate it with honey on top.
Mel Muria yoghurts with oranges
Ingredients
3 egg yolks
The juice and skin of one orange
The juice of ½ a lemon
125 g. of honey
Preparation
Put all of the ingredients in a container and mix them all together. When it is all mixed put it in a saucepan on low heat and stir until it is more dense, Then let it cool down on a tray, which before we would have covered with biscuits.
Once it is cool we can garnish with honey (burnt).
russian steak with honey and apple
Ingredients
4 hamburgers (Russian steak)
Honey Mel Muria
Apple
White wine
1 “avecrem” cube (spanish oxo cube)
Preparation
We fry the hamburgers, afterwards we put some spoonfuls of honey Mel Muria, the apple cut in slices, the oxo cube and the glass of wine, we cook it for a couple of minuts and then it is ready to eat.

Ingredients for the base dough
¼ of oil
¼ of sweet wine and aniseed

Ingredients fotr the middle part
Choped almonds
Two glasses of oil

Preparation
Mix the oil, the sweet wine and the aniseed, and add the flour until you obtain a quite hard dough. We cover the bottom and sides of a aluminium tray with the dough.
Next we make the middle part mixing the oil, the flour and the chopped almonds (it has to be more liquid than thick). When it is ready we pour it on top of the base doughand put it in the oven at 250º. When it starts to boil it means that it`s nearly ready.
When we can see that it is quite tosted we take it out of the oven and we pour honey Mel Muria all over. We leave it for a while, while it sucks up all the honey.
lamb stew with honey Mel Muria
Ingredients
¾ of lamb for stew
2 onion
3 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 orange
2 spoonfuls of honey Mel Muria
1 oxo cube meat flavour
1 bay leaf
Oil, salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the onions in slices fry them in a little oil until they start to become a golden colour; add the tomatoes cut into pieces, the garlic cloves with their skin, the bay leaf and the orange skin and cook it duraning 10 minutes more.
Dress the lamb with salt and pepper and add it to the mixture we prepared before; leave it for a couple of minutes, then add the oxo cube dissolved in hot water with honey Mel Muria; cook it during 3 minutes (the sauce has to be thick and the lamb tender).
